In other words, Medius provides a number of support processes for your core processes, thus helping you to achieve both profitability and greater control, all with the ultimate in flexibility.

MediusFlow™ is both a product made up of complete modules and a platform which allows you to create effective process support to suit your own specific circumstances.

MediusFlow™ is implemented using the MWork method package, which has been devised by combining our own experience with popular project management methods such as RUP.
