Medius’ Consulting business area includes operational analysis, business support and information logistics. Our role is to provide you with independent advice and support, leading to effective operational development. We strive constantly to match our breadth of expertise with your needs.

Operational analysis – Medius carries out a situation analysis of the flows within the organisation. Based on this analysis, we draw up goals with measures aimed at improving the efficiency of flows and processes. The operational analysis is a simple and cost-effective way of ensuring operational improvements.

Business support – Medius supports the customer through procurement, project management and consulting in connection with various types of change projects. We use proven methods and our template library to create a focus on functional and cost-effective solutions. As a customer, you will also receive help in coordinating with subcontractors following the completion of change projects.

Information logistics – Medius analyses the customer’s customer-supplier dialogue and provides assistance in establishing more effective supplier communication, for example though EDI connections.
